After making a helluva run at a quick rise to the top of Rock's all time roster, Sleeping Shelby ceased operation abruptly for reasons undisclosed.

 

If you listen to the epic music this unit put together; who cares if they broke up? If you're a real audiophile, that is, you consider yourself a connoisseur of great albums…then this is the album for you. Are ya hip? Maybe you heard a buzz from Chicago about these guys a few years ago, that quickly faded from your memory, with an "oh well" attitude…but here at Bittersweet we gotta tell ya, if you love rock in the manner we do, when we publish information of a roster addition like this…you can tell, well, we kinda mean it. Matter of fact, WE kinda emphatic about it.

 

Sleeping Shelby, is the first roster addition added to our original lineup since our inception on the web in June 2006. These guys are just; what it is. Pepper Rd is an album that is calibrated so well in the way it shifts it's moods, getting lost in the "trackage" is easy. Ahhhhhhh, sweet escape is back in the game!

 

Why listen to any tune or album if you can't get lost in it? Who wants to think about bills, paperwork, or a day's labor? Need a new drug? Pepper Rd - Sleeping Shelby. Ladies and Gentlemen, these guys are good!
